2. What data do we collect?

• During registration and account creation: name, surname, email, phone number, password.
• During listing upload: information about the animal (e.g., breed, age, documents), photos, kennel contacts.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, device and browser information, visit date/time, browsing history, cookie data (see section 8).

• User account registration and administration
• Management and publishing of listings
• Communication with the user
• Website improvement and analytics
• Direct marketing with your consent
• Fraud and abuse prevention
• Compliance with legal requirements

4. Legal basis for data processing

• Performance of the contract (registration, posting listings)
• Legitimate interests (improvement, security)
• Legal obligations (requirements of authorities)
• Consent (newsletters, cookies)

5. Data retention period

• Active account data – while the account is active
• Inactive accounts – up to 2 years from last login
• Listing content – no longer than 12 months after removal (unless required for lawful defense)
• Accounting data – as required by law (e.g., 10 years)

6. Transfer of data to third parties

• To IT infrastructure providers (servers, hosting)
• To payment/advertising partners (e.g., Google, Meta, analytics)
• To institutions – where there is a legal basis
• To moderators or kennel operators – when necessary in the context of a listing

Data is not transferred to third parties without a basis or your consent.

• Obtain information about processed data
• Rectify / supplement incorrect data
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict processing, object to processing
• Withdraw consent
• Submit a complaint SIH (State Data Protection Inspectorate)
